Shipping:All products usually ship within 2-business days after they are purchased. Frozen Food products will ship on Mondays to ensure quality unless you pay for 2nd day air or overnight delivery. We reserve the right to pick the best method of shipping available. We will update your order online with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Frozen food items are shipped in a way that they will remain frozen when you receive them. We require a phone number on all frozen food orders before they ship.

 

Shipping Liability:Some of our vendors may use dry ice when shipping frozen food products. Purely USA LLC will be held harmless from any claims that may arise from using dry ice. This includes bodily injury that may incur from coming in contact with dry ice. Purely USA LLC relies on its providers to process the shipping of frozen food products. All shipping liability claims must be brought directly to the provider that shipped the frozen food product.

 

 

Returns/Refunds:All returns/refunds are subject to the manufacturer. We will not accept a return without RMA #. All items that are returned without RMA # will be refused or disposed of. There is no return or refund policy on any food items. However, we will warranty the meat if it is not delivered by the shipping carrier within 3-days of shipment. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please inspect all items upon receiving them from the shipping carrier. We guarantee that all products on this site are made in the United States with American Labor. Some products may be made of materials that are imported into the United States. These items will clearly state which materials were imported on the item description of the website. Some items just are not available in the United States.
